Donnchadh is the main person behind Chem-Dry Kildare. His passion is Customer Service and he continually strives to improve. This is why his Chem-Dry Kildare franchise is the only award winning Franchise in the country. He is meticulous when it comes to carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning. There is nothing that he doesn’t know about the business and is continuously improving his and the teams skills. Our customers love Donnchadh!
Denise is the second director and wife of Donnchadh. She works in all aspects of the business including cleaning carpets and prides herself on being the only female technician in the Irish Chem-Dry Franchise. She has an eye for detail and like Donnchadh is passionate about Customer Service. When she is not cleaning carpets Denise is busy in the office planning the next steps for the business. Outside of work their 3 year old son keeps her busy.
Des has a wealth of experience in business, finance and people management. He is working alongside Donnchadh and Denise now for over 2 years and has a number of qualifications that helps Chem-Dry Kildare differentiate itself in the carpet cleaning industry. Des works day and night planning and implementing. He is a great problem solver and loves a challenge. If things go wrong Des is the man that gets it sorted.
Nicole is new to the team and takes care of our customers on the phone. A bubbly outgoing person that is passionate about customer care, she ensures that our customers are satisfied with every aspect of our service. She studied business and ensures that the office runs smoothly. In her spare time she loves eating chocolate and then goes for a run to get rid of the excess calories.
Sean is a qualified plasterer and was born and lives in Newbridge Co. Kildare. He has 2 young children that keep him busy outside of work. He is one of those people that isn’t happy unless he is working and never stops. Sean has vast experience working with stone and marble floorings.
Alan joined our team over a year ago having worked as a motor mechanic. He loves meeting people and our customers tell us that he is a gentleman. He gets his head down and works away making sure that the customer is happy with his end result. Outside of work, he loves sport and supports his local GAA club.
David has worked with us now for over 6 years and has 2 young children. He is a qualified carpenter and being from Kilkenny, he is a great hurler. When it comes to carpets and upholstery cleaning, he is an expert, there is nothing he doesn’t know. The feedback we receive from our customers about David is that he is a great listener. He has a skill of understanding what the customer’s concerns are and addressing them.
Gerry has spent his entire career working with customers. A native Dub with 2 grown up children he loves traveling. He is a keen cyclist and cycles over 200KM a week while working out in the gym most days. He is a great man for talking and explains everything to the customer.
